Saha Projects delivered a new executive office for an existing tenant within an occupied workplace. The project combined a compressed programme with bespoke joinery and strict controls around business operations.

The surrounding workplace needed to remain operational. Construction activities therefore had to be completed outside business hours and on weekends, with the new office ready for use within seven days.

The team coordinated design, procurement and trade sequencing before site work began. Bespoke joinery and dependent finishes were programmed around after-hours access, with daily checks used to maintain quality and readiness for the next activity.
