Saha Projects delivered Stage 1 of a greenfield industrial development, constructing a five-bay commercial car wash facility with the site prepared for a future Stage 2 warehouse development.
The project required coordinated civil, hydraulic, electrical and equipment interfaces across a 1,600 m² hardstand and plant-intensive commercial facility. Decisions made during Stage 1 also needed to support the planned future development.
The team coordinated underground and above-ground services with the car wash equipment, hardstand, lighting and plant room requirements. Work was planned so that the completed first stage could operate while preserving the intended interface with Stage 2.
Stage 1 delivered an operational commercial car wash facility and established the site for future expansion.
